Moonlight for Dummies

So, as you can see, Mick isn't your run of the mill, stereotypical vampire of old. This is a whole new spin on vampires, as you can tell by the fact that stakes in the heart do not kill him, he can go outside (so the show is not all dark) and he doesn't turn into a bat and fly around. No shape shifting for this vamp! And he isn't all ugly and demonic looking when he vamps out either.

This is the most that happens to him. No buldging frontal lobes, no alien looking mouth, just fangs, pale eyes and skin. Not so frightening at all... well.... unless you're a bad guy. Then this...

Can be pretty frightening.

But aside from that, this video helps show the chemistry between Mick and Beth. The show has humor and a lighter side of vampires than what Hollywood has given us in the movies. This is a vampire show that you can really sink your teeth into. Okay, stop groaning and sue me already! I had to say it! It's true! Moonlight has more going for it than any show on TV, past and present. Hopefully Moonlight will be in your future, and mine, for a long, long time!
